Tokeo Completes Milestone 2: CardanoKit Technical Design Video & Community Feedback

We’re thrilled to share another exciting update on our journey with CardanoKit! The Tokeo team is proud to announce the successful completion of Milestone 2.

This milestone (After the completion of milestone 1) marks the creation and release of CardanoKit’s Technical Design, including feedback call-outs and a video walk-through, making it even easier for the Cardano and Apple developer communities to understand how we’re building a seamless, swift-native integration layer for Cardano.

A Closer Look: CardanoKit Technical Design Video

To make our technical approach as accessible as possible, our founder and tech lead, Simon, has put together a detailed video overview of CardanoKit’s architecture.

In this video, Simon breaks down the core design decisions and innovations that set CardanoKit apart from previous solutions, particularly addressing the challenges faced by the original Cardano Swift library. Whether you’re a seasoned Cardano developer or just getting started with blockchain on Apple platforms, this video is your go-to resource for understanding how CardanoKit simplifies and modernises Cardano integration for iOS, macOS, and beyond.

What’s Next: Milestones 3, 4, and 5

With Milestone 2 now in the books, the Tokeo dev team is moving full steam ahead. Our immediate focus is on integrating feedback and rapidly progressing through Milestones 3, 4, and 5. These next phases will unlock even more features and improvements, bringing us closer to our vision of open-source, Swift-native Cardano development for the entire Apple ecosystem.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to build, iterate, and collaborate with the Cardano community. As always, we welcome your thoughts, questions, and feedback.
